All of our computer systems come with a minimum 2 year warranty on all components (many with 3 to 5 year warranties), with 1 year of on-site labor. If, for example, you have a failed monitor, we will provide you a replacement monitor during thes repair process, regardless of whether or not you bought your original monitor from us.

We provide 24/7 service and our goal is to have a service technician to a down network or computer within 2 hours.
